Feed Never Updates

Have sent numerous reports to Instagram on this with no response. Have tried everything - logged off and on; uninstalled and reinstalled app; restarted iPhone; made sure their is suffice to storage. Instagram is not addressing my reports and it is annoying to see a feed that does not update. Stories update but the feed does not. What does it take to get Instagram to acknowledge a submitted problem? There is no support email or chat or telephone number and there shouldn’t need to be this day in age but a quicker response to a problem with the means we have should occur. I know Instagram is probably not going to care about this review or my reported problem but enough is enough and something had to be put out here with the hope the company may care.

i’m a teenage artist and have had instagram since early 2020 and got quite a bit of support of my art mainly starting at July-August 2020. a lot of peoples art used to get on my page and my idols used to be on there often but now i barely get to see their posts. instagram is also copied off of the tik tok algorithm and started the trend of “reels” for more reasons for people to use the app. i just got out of a child phase that i was in for 2 years(not going to name what it is), and am now interested in restarting and doing fanart instead so i unfollowed a lot of people(was following around 637 and it went down to 448), then a notification popped up saying “we limit how often you can do certain things on instagram, like unfollowing people, to protect our community”. but i tried scrolling through my page and tried to like one of my friends post on the same account and a slightly different message popped up saying, “we limit how often you can do certain things on instagram, like liking, to protect our community”. i have things to do in my life even if i’m a “child” and i can’t go back to my phone every few hours to check and see if i’m allowed to do crap that i didn’t even have to worry about a few months ago, i don’t spam like, i don’t go around following every account i see, and i’m not trying to leave instagram(even though people should be allowed to if they want to and it doesn’t say “delete account” anywhere). i’m just trying to grow up and get out of a childhood phase, am i not allowed to do that? people are also repeatedly stealing others photos, art, products, etc and instagram is doing nothing about it including adding a report button for the topic. to be a “celebrity or public figure” you have to be verified too? most of my idols are not verified on instagram but they have over 2 million followers and a lot more supporters on other platforms such as twitter, twitch, youtube, etc. i hope a physical person actually reads these reveiws through instead of skimming through them and change stuff that will make people enjoy the app again. but what do i know?- i’m just a kid.
Issues with live streaming

I live stream on multiple platforms and was quite content that Instagram extended their live-streaming time to 4hrs, however, as of the last couple months or so when I stream it cuts off at an hour and it’s frustrating to have to start a new stream more than once in a session. I’ve done all the troubleshooting and still no changes. If you could fix this you’d definitely have 5 stars in my book…
Layout update

I updated the app manually after a long time because the new updates always ruin it for me. Now one of my accounts has a weird layout and the others do not. I don’t see the point in constantly changing the layout of the app for NO REASON. Maybe implement a way to fix this? I think we should be able to choose how we want our layout to look. I haven’t seen anyone with the layout I have so maybe it is a glitch, but all my posts, followers, following numbers are on the side and I can’t stand it.

Wish there was something other than just a “like” button on IG. Wish u could add gifs also. Most of all I HATE that “quotes” or “sayings” I grew up on are considered bullying or threatening MEANWHILE, there are fights and shootings shared all over this app!! I always get the community guidelines warning and I’m clearly not threatening anyone…that’s annoying!
