Ridiculous amount of ads and suggested content

My main feed is about 50% to 75% ads or suggested content (meaning posts from profiles that I don’t follow). I scrolled for about five minutes counting and at no point was it less than 50%. So at all time, more than half of the content I’m seeing is stuff I don’t want to see. Devs, ask yourself, in what world is this okay? Even the 1in 5 ads we used to get were too much, this is borderline “delete forever” material. Also what’s with the multiple video players and completely broken volume controls? Tap to play volume? Hit volume down and it mutes it?

I love Instagram but I just put in my birthday and I got banned because of my age. Instagram says this app is 12+ and I am 12. I turn 13 in a couple of days so will you guys give my account back? Or do I have to create a new account when I turn 13. I don’t understand. The App Store says 12+ but then your policy says 13+. So which one is right?

I don’t get to see in my notification feed when someone follows me anymore? I got 20 new followers and none showed up with my likes section

When there is a viral post where every comment has lots of comments, clicking “View ## replies” leads to the most recent comments being viewable. Since comment sections are common grounds for bullying, trolling, and general misinformation, seeing the last three comments in a string of 50 replies often has absolutely nothing to do with the original comment. If comments could be viewable from the earlier comments first, that would be helpful.

My account got block for being 12 years old and it clearly says in this app that you can be 12 years or older and on Instagram it said I had to be 13 or older. Pls explain how in the heck that’s supposed to work ?

I’ve had Instagram for like 6 months & when the “Add Yours” feature came out, I was able to use it. Now, I can only use it on my other account and not my main account. It’s frustrating, and I’d like to know how to fix it!

Get rid of the “fact” checkers! Why do I only see posts from some of the people I follow? I need to search for many of them.
