Account is hacked, no support – Instagram Review

My business account was hacked last Wednesday, the hacker changed my email and phone number and I have not been given any options to submit a report request or submit a selfie verification video. I’ve submitted “reports” against my hacked account every day just to get in touch with support somehow and have heard nothing back. I feel like there is no way to get help or my account back
