Awful app!

I spent a week trying to get this app to work. It will not allow me to confirm my email address to even utilize the app. On top of it I called their customer support and can’t even get a real person on the phone. What’s the point of an app if you can even get it to work Or even support to get it operating. I do not recommend this app to anyone!!

This app allowed my card to be use for unauthorized charges for merchandise in the thousands on August 5. this was the only outside source I used for this particular transaction so be mindful of your information...smh

The app itself forks fine( 1* for that). My account was closed for no reason what so ever after trying to submite a state issued check. Customers service lacking responsiveness.

Horrible response time via email and when you ask a question they send you a GE Eric email. When you call you are unable to speak to a live person. Tried several times to mobile deposit and I received an error numerous times, it finally went through got to adding funds to acct and they can’t verify my identity?????? Really... then they close my account. I haven’t even used the app and it’s functionality to even have this happen! Beware... they have all the information card info where you will deposit along with social, DL and address. Very sketchy service and app. DONT USE!!!!!!
Could be quicker but it's great

Chime doesn't do money orders for mobile deposit so I needed this app, which was recommended by a Chime employee and it's great.

I WOULDNT RECOMEND THIS APP TO ANYONE THESE PEOPLE ARE HORRIBLE THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE THEY WILL PRETEND TO OUT YOU ON HOLD NOT RESOLVE YOUR ISSUE AND HANG UP ON YOU MY CHECK WAS APPROVED AND THEY FORCED ME TO WRITE VOID ON IT NOW IM STUCK WITH A VOIDED CHECK AND THEY KEEP PLAYING GAMES AND HANGING UP I HATE THESE PEOPL I SWEAR TO GOD
