They rise prices from week to week no notice...let’s you cash cash personal checks then suddenly puts stipulations on them. (So don’t count on this service if you’re counting on receiving your money) never again

I opened an account years ago and never used it so I tried to use it today and had to chat with customer service because I got a message that stated my identity couldn’t be verified the rep only copied and pasted exactly what the error message was and her spelling on the other two messages were horrible I do believe every computer has spell check... if my identity can not be verified what needs to be sent in to verify who I am????? Crappy company poor customer service representatives

Ingo is absolutely painless check cashing experience, and for the ease and convenience is well worth not having the aggravation and the time saved. Get in the system at first paying it forward with patience and it will payoff down the road.

Personally I’m very happy with their service and I will keep on using Ingo from now on. I messaged them and they responded me as soon as possible and took care of the issue I was having in seconds. I was skeptical about using their service because I have never heard of them before but the way they took care of me made me go against every bad comments I have been reading. Thank you so much.

Absolutely awful. I downloaded the app and went through the registration process, provided my SS# and everything. When I actually tried to use it I received an identity verification error. Reached out to customer service and the lady I got was no help at all! Very vague in her answers. I was willing to cooperate however needed to rectify the issue. If you need to verify my identity then do it!

Cashed a chexk and they said my identity isnt vierified. Next thing u know i cant cash the check at my bank. They stole 2736 dollars from me

I would recommend finding an alternative check cashing solution for larger than average payroll checks. I tried to cash a $3500.00 payroll check from a major corporation, drawn on Bank of America which met all of InGo's advertised requirements. After they declined to cash my check, I tried inquiring as to the reason why, only to be met with vague answers and a final statement in which they said it was an unacceptable risk.
