Excellent app and customer service

I got the app yesterday and got my paycheck today. I used the ingo app to deposit and split the funds between mu accts and it came through in minutes. They do a thorough scrutiny of the customers so as to protect the banks and the check source because the transaction is irreversible so it is understandable. Awesome app. I recommend it for use for everyone.

I've never written a bad review but this app forces my hand due to the awful customer service, the chat is a joke computer giving vague unclear answers to the most basic of questions. Their advice/instruction leads you know where and when you follow up they are "unavailable". It's slow, unresponsive just a complete joke period point blank..... go to a thrift store and buy a piggy bank it's much more intuitive than this app!

I use this app on my android device. But now that I have an iPhone SE, I'm not able to login on the app. Geez, very annoying. I trust the issue is resolved soon. This is the first time I'm running into issues.

The customer service is absolutely no help at all and are very rude !! You are better off figuring out your own problem !! Worst app I have ever used in life , if i could rate this app it would be a -10!!!

My payroll check from Office Depot got declined due to them not being able to verify the check writer. Whatever that means - it's a big company & the bank is Wells Fargo a big bank & its only 2:30 central time when I tried to deposit it. Don't waste your time on this app because it's truly a joke
Worthless for me

I’ve tried using the INGO service a couple of times and each time I’ve had nothing but issues. First I tried using it to deposit a 7-Eleven money order/Western Union and it took a couple of tries for it to be accepted. You never know what’s wrong since they don’t tell you for “security” reasons. Next I tried it with a paycheck from a very large well known company which uses Wells Fargo and it just wouldn’t take it. All I get are rejections. So, it’s a pretty much worthless app/service. How hard is it to make it actually work???
