Was having a problem with a check i was trying to load. I reached out on twitter and they got right back to me. We tried everything to get this check to load. He absolutely wanted to help me fix this bug. And he did!! After 42 min he hung in there and got my check to load! Great customer service! Thanks again Sean!!

Wanted an alternative to waiting 3-5 days of waiting for money transfer from regular bank account to Paypal (via check deposit). On first pass- it declined the check. Waited a few minutes and attempted again. Went through successfully. The review process hopefully will be much quicker now that it should recognize and remember the check type I am depositing. It took about 5-7 min for review. One annoying thing was I had to take a picture of the front of the check multiple times even though the face was lined up and in full view. Used a referral code which helped with the instant deposit fee.
Can't use the app check cashing feature

It hasn't worked for a week. I called, they said it should be fixed in 24 hours... It's been days. Still not working.

This company got my contact information and makes it impossible to find out why. They tried to cash a check and I don’t even have an account. They email scripted replies and have no way to report it by phone.

Whoever made this app saved my life, I had a funeral of a close relative the next day and my job was supposed to pay me early instead gave me a physical check which I could not cash because it was post dated so after hours of trying to find somewhere to cash it at 10 pm finally I come across this God send

Submitted a check in app and had issue with approval due to being older than 90 days. Tried chatting with a few agents with no resolution. Reached out via Twitter and received immediate response from Sean. Sean called me on my cell and worked with me to resolve issue. He reached out to different departments all while keeping me updated. Issue was resolved in timely manner and funds were credited to my account ASAP! Thank you Sean!!

I used this app for years and never had a problem till just now! My parents who I do not live with or near for that matter, wrote me a check to help me out with rent after I lost my job and they will not cash it. Their reason is because it’s a member of the same household. I called after the first time and they were nice about it and said it should be resolved and that I should be able to cash it no problem. That was a lie I submitted it 5 times with no resolution. After the last time they changed their reasoning and told me they couldn’t accept the risk of approving the check. I have deleted this app and will be finding something else!

Just used right now for the first time. It was an emergency and I'm so relieved right now that I was able to get access to my money. Walmart wouldn't cash it for some reason, but this app did it right away. Thank goodness!
