There was a slight snag with my first transaction, but it was straightened out, and things went smoothly. The second time I tried to cash a check with it, my request was denied, and I was (via chat) told I could try again in 10 days. I tried to find out why this happened, and was told (via cha) that I was welcome to attempt to make the deposit in 10 days. I asked if I could just deposit the check, and was again told that I could try again in 10 days. I obviously need them more than they need me.

IDK why my account was closed. The last time I used the app I tried to cash a check for my graduation. It was taking forever to process, and my friend was outside to pick me up. Being that my phone only works on wifi, I got off WiFi and the transaction was lost. The check was not cashed. I dont understand why my account is closed when y'all take forever to process a measly $25 check.

It’s designed for people like me , on the go , working in far off places multiple employers and multiple accounts . I deposit into 4 accounts at times . I determine my fees due to size of checks . Never a glitch . The only hiccup was I was a bad photographer or one time it took two 2 attempts due to smaller bank being drawn on . Whatever everyone else says , I , matt Thompson , see nothing wrong . 5 stars

This app is great if you need an alternate way of cashing a check fast and after a few uses you earn a gold status which lowers your cashing fee
