As technologically advanced as cars are, there really should be no reason to not be able to adjust the temp with the car. You can send an address via a very cumbersome process (lame is more like it), why not add more functionality to an over-priced app service?

I love the app for my Infiniti Q60. The start time is a little slow but still works.

Isn’t Infiniti supposed to be a luxury vehicle? I activated the app on a used QX60 I bought my wife... the app never worked once. Could lock, unlock, start the vehicle... nothing. After 2 weeks the reps on the phone (which are not US based by the way) told me it takes a while to propagate the system and activate... 2 weeks??? Then tried to offer 2 free months... for what? IT DOESN’T WORK!!! Finally got the rep to cancel the account and refund my money. They need to fix this!! Car = Awesome.... App = TERRIBLE!!! Save a headache and hours of time and don’t do it.... RUN!!!!

One day I needed my window fix so when the man came I was over 20 miles away from my house n I still was able to start my car and open the door for the window fixer without this app don’t Wht I would do in the winter I LOVE IT ?
