If I could rate it ZERO I would... – INFINITI InTouch™ Services Review

Isn’t Infiniti supposed to be a luxury vehicle? I activated the app on a used QX60 I bought my wife... the app never worked once. Could lock, unlock, start the vehicle... nothing. After 2 weeks the reps on the phone (which are not US based by the way) told me it takes a while to propagate the system and activate... 2 weeks??? Then tried to offer 2 free months... for what? IT DOESN’T WORK!!! Finally got the rep to cancel the account and refund my money. They need to fix this!! Car = Awesome.... App = TERRIBLE!!! Save a headache and hours of time and don’t do it.... RUN!!!!
