Infinity InTouch App quit working

I just bought a brand new 2019 Infinity Q50 3.0T and really enjoyed the first couple of days of this app working. I mainly used the app for the remote start feature which worked over data connection or wi-fi. The app just quit on me and now I can’t remote start my Q50 via the app. None of the other functions in the app work as well. I contacted Infiniti personal assistant and informed them of the issue but there has been no resolution as of yet. The remote start via the key fob works flawlessly. Infinity, you need to fix this issue ASAP. 1 star rating for a piss poor app that won’t see me subscribing after my 1 year service is up unless it is fixed.

This is the worst app. The remote start function is nice... when it works. This app constantly kicks me off of it and erases my log-in. There is no way to stop the functions, like say the horn and lights, if you accidentally push one of them.

The entire Infiniti Owners online experience is terrible. Most of the time the remote vehicle functions do not work. The service works only a few times each month. I park my car in a place where it gets an excellent signal, so the failures are not signal related. I cannot believe Infiniti charges for this service. I have just cancelled my monthly service after just 3 months.

I was never able to get this to work properly. Says VIN is invalid. No wonder my salesman tried to bribe me with a $25 gift card for a 5 star review on everything, not gonna happen. I just spent $50,000 and Ford has a far superior app/system. Disappointed.

So i recently purchased a brand new 2020 Qx50 and was not informed that the vehicle does not have access to the Intouch app. I was told this will be available Jan 2020 after reaching out to customer service because i could not get into the app. Terrible! Infiniti in general is lacking in the technology department. Id take the luxury of the Infiniti with GM technology. My last 3 cars were GM and their technology is several steps ahead of Nissan! Dissatisfied!!

This app is absolute garbage. For the price of an Infinity, you should at least get something comparable to GM, Chevy or Ford App. Wow. Fail
