Literally every week or two the app keeps asking me to re-enter my password!!! It’s becoming so annoying bc it doesn’t allow me to use the same password again and in many situations like NOW when I request a password reset it keeps saying the my email isn’t on their system. Other then that the app is actually decent.

Was working fine up until 2 days ago where I was signed out and kept requiring a password when my password hasn’t changed. Tried to reset password now it’s saying I don’t have an acct registered with my email address which is false fix this app please smh

I just get the error that it can’t connect to Infiniti’s servers. Very disappointed.
Thanks! I won’t purchase an Infiniti, thanks to this app!

We rented a Q60, as it was on our short list of cars to purchase... apparently you need the app to have any kind of navigation... the hoops to go through to even launch the app, including input the VIN, is annoying, and the app crashes anyway. It really shouldn’t be this hard. Pass.

App is a complete failure. We bought a brand new 2019 QX50 one week ago and was looking forward to using this app since the service comes free with the purchase. So far, I’ve been able to lock the door 3x and start it once. What a waste. Do better Infiniti! We love the vehicle, but your app is absolute trash! Please fix it!!
