I gave it a one but really needs to be lower! Can’t even get in the app! Set up this app like 7 times and STILL NOTHING! They don’t even need to suggest using this app to customers! Greatly disappointed!!!! ?

Infiniti is supposed to represent luxury. The implementation of this is very lack luster. Capabilities in the app are extremely limited. The need to put in an additional passcode to start my car is running annoying. App can’t authenticate with Face ID. The watch requires the same. The latency with trying to execute a command to the car is excessive. The monthly cost for the service are excessive. This is my third Infiniti. Probably my last. The innovation has been non existent in too many areas. Some features that could be added. -control the hvac and be able to set a temp for the car. -open/close the windows or sunroof. -View vehicle health report and upcoming maintenance. -Schedule service appointments for upcoming maintenance - optional notifications for upcoming maintenance. -Lookup recalls. -notifications for low fuel This app should be an extension of the luxury that Infiniti wants to represent. It’s interface should be fluid and latency reduced.


Hey Infinity it’s 2020. You guys are in the 80’s.

I just bought my 2020 Q60. This app doesn’t work on it. The salesman thinks it does. According to some reviews it doesn’t work very well when it works! This is practically an entry level feature offered on cars that are a lot cheaper. Borrow some guys from Lexus and figure it out.

Do not bother to waste your money on this product. It’s the most inconsistent application I’ve ever dealt with, multiple service related maintenance issues and high InTouch monthly cost expense. HORRIBLE!

Luxury car but cheapest app to compared to the Mercedes or Léu. I’m so jealous to my friend. Couple of them had the Mercedes. On winter after work the weather it’s cold. They used the app to warming the car before they get in the car. So sad. Cause I spent for $50.000 for my vehicle with nothing special compared to someone have Mercedes car

For some reason it says vehicle country error, so it won’t let me proceed


No service for most current model

ALERT for 2020 model owner or future buyer. This app is only compatible with QX60 among all 2020 model. I am too fool to understand why they don’t support most current model. If anyone knows the answer, please let me know. Really want to know.

This app is truly terrible. If I could give it zero stars I would. What’s even more appalling is that Infiniti actually expects to be paid for this garbage.
