Disappointing for a luxury car

App does not work. Customer service was no help. Requesting refund. I’ve had older nothing special cars with more technology. I wish I would have known this. It would have been a deal breaker for me. My first and last Infiniti.
Huge waste of money

Keep your 13 bucks a month!!! I got this app about 7 or 8 months ago. It has worked 2 times. I just tried to start my car with this app. I was standing right next to my car and after watching the circle spin and spin a message came up that said “make sure the doors are closed, hood is shut and blah, blah, blah!! Love my car but this app is a rip off! Disappointed
Litterally the worst app on my watch and phone

Almost useless as it asks you to sign in constantly. The watch app forces you to have the phone app open, make the watch app useless. And then they want $13+ per month?! Insane. This service will be the reason my 9th Infiniti will be my last Infiniti. Do better.

There are a ridiculous amount of horrible reviews regarding the poor performance of this app. Why has Infiniti not corrected the issues? It’s a sham to advertise this service and have such an awful program.
