Broken in Every Way

Doesn't reflect actual device settings, takes ages to list wireless networks, obscures text prompts. And it's sibling app. (also for configuring iHome devices) is similarly broken.

Hopefully you kept your instruction booklet, because you will have to sync your speakers another way. This app will not start up. It crashes constantly.
iHome iDL45 not connecting to my iPhone 7

I am able to charge my iPhone 7 with my iDL45, but I am not able to use this app to connect to it to check the firmware or to control the unit. What is weird is the my iPad mini 4 is able to connect and control it. Makes me think that either the software needs to be updated or possibly the firmware does. I would love to see iHome correct the issue.
Crashes if I select iPod for alarm

... and I have an iPhone. That's not an option. Seriously? Back to check on this again tho see if it still crashes... Yep, app still crashes if I try to set an alarm. What a horrible app.

If I could give this a 0 I would. It's never up to date and rarely updates. I can't use my iPod or iPhone 6s with this.
Fix It! The iOS 11 update killed this app again.

Initially when I bought the clock radio, it looked and sounded ok, but the display was not to write home about from the getgo. It had failing segments, so you always had to guess the time, or put clean up the phone to tell you the exact time. The app is no better, it runs flaky at best. Not updating the time, alarms going off when they should not. Ihome thinks they can maintain this app without any updates, even when Apple is make no major updates to their OS. Don’t wast your time and money on any iHome products.

After Apple’s huge update last week, I can no longer make the alarm work on this app. It keeps turning itself off and doesn’t work.
