Can you guys release regular updates?

Most of the iHome apps are updated once a year, why can’t they be regularly maintained once a month at least?? I’ve bought many iHome products for years and I always find how some of the apps lack many features and have bugs. But, the apps are left to fend for themselves after one or two releases of an iHome app. You guys need a reliable app that can at least maintain a 4.0 or higher rating (like your Zen app). It shouldn’t be that difficult. If it is, hire more people so there can be more updates and more happy customers. Developers, send this to the founder of iHome because we are done with this non-sense.
What the heck happened to my speaker?!

I loved my speaker once I finally got the hang of how to use it...it’s been great the last 6 months until I did a firmware update and now I can’t get it to connect to WiFi. I’ve tried restoring factory settings, I’ve tried resetting my router, I’ve moved the speaker closer to my router, I’ve even sent a message via your support page and NOTHING WORKS. Like someone else said- expensive paper weight with a blinking clock. So disappointing.

I’ve had problems with the app and speaker for a while. Call the 800 number and get no support or follow up to issues. Expensive paperweight.
Impossible to manually set the time!!!

Setting the time if not in the US not possible!!!! Horrible app. UPDATE: now they state “Local time display” in the last version. Cannot see any difference. Still not considering my local time.

I like the idea of programmable buttons, but they can only be used for iHome devices, not any Alexa advice. It also doesn’t have full echo capabilities like drop in calling. It isn’t as customizable as I would like. I would like to be able to control the bottom light and brightness of display with the programmable buttons as well.

I don’t know if it’s this app or the device (iHome alarm clock with Alexa), but it will not connect to my WiFi. I have watched the videos on YouTube and seen people connect with ease. In a minute I am about to take this clock back to the store and delete this app. This isn’t suppose to be this hard??♀️

I really like the app and it is very convenient for myself and my parents to use. I like the colors and other cool features. My only complaint is that amazon music is not an option to play music from. If Alexa is included then Amazon Music should be as well
Lots of bugs and very limited

There are a lot of bugs in the app and sometimes the alarm clock itself will glitch out due to this...(I.e. the time zones are mixed up: pacific mixed with Alaskan on the app). Another bug is that I’ll set a default volume or tell Alexa to a certain volume, but after a few moments it’ll go back to that super loud volume settings
