What’s the point of having Bluetooth or a speaker if you can only use Spotify on it? Which the whole world doesn’t only have that. THE WHOLE WORLD CANT HAVE SPOTIFY. so why make it only for Spotify? Are y’all trying to play games? Take some money only for us to hate then loose interest in your brand over time? What happened to logical thinking? There’s way more than one music service:/ I HAVE APPLE MUSIC. I don’t pay 5$ a month to have Spotify I pay 10$ because there’s more to Apple Music worth paying for!!! Bet all the developers for this product don’t have the same mobile providers or same streaming service or same TVs. JUST TRYING TO PROVE MY POINT BUT I’m returning this horribly thought out product back. Adding to this I SEE the REVIEWS and they are ALLL HORRIBLE. All my life I’ve never had such a horrible device for everything tht I paid for and to know that I home was pretty good in the past this is your worst work yet. $50 should of been the price for this and I own a i home RN older product for 30$ and it works better than this.

Was difficult to set up at first. Also don’t like that I have to have a premium Spotify account to stream from my phone. It will work with Bluetooth but disconnects when you use Alexa. Other then that it’s alright

Great, not perfect

This device is great, yet whenever I’m on Bluetooth and I ask Alexa a question it turns off the Bluetooth and I have to reconnect my device and press the Bluetooth button again. I know this isn’t with my network or phone because I’ve tried other devices and the same thing has happened, please fix this.

The dimmer function within the app is wonky. You have to set it to dim at a certain time. I wish there was a either a sensor on the speaker or the dimmer was easier. Also for future speakers if you could work in the screen dimmer to alexa or an audible it would be great.

Constant app crashes

I’ve only had this app for one evening, and after the first time I opened it, the app crashes every time I try to do something. I’ve deleted and re-downloaded it, but still had that same issue. I can’t use the device without the app functioning!!

Requested Improvements

1) Need to be able to dim the colored light bar at the bottom like the display. 2) Need the Alexa communication options (announcements and drop in) ASAP! 3) Need to be able to wake to alarm playing from Amazon Music.

Alexa doesn’t work. Most apps don’t work. Alarm is useless, only chirps once. (Bought for teen, she sleeps through 1/2 second sound) apps stop working and then Alexa gets confused and doesn’t know what you are talking about. Was using for white noise, at least twice a week, it would stop working and refuse to restart. Would play radio instead of white noise app. Have other Alexa enabled devices that play white noise app, but this is the only one that stops. Finally got completely disgusted and threw it away. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY. DONT BUY!
