Infinite sleep mode stopped working in

Loved my iHome radio. After the last update my infinite sleep setting stopped working. It shuts off now in 9 minutes instead of staying on all night. This unit is so disappointing!!!

My wife purchased the iHome AVS 16 about a year ago and worked fine. Moved to new home and has never worked since. Ready to through out. Have spent not sure how many hours trying to connect to no avail. Worthless and it will be in trash to go to dump tomorrow. Giving it one star since it worked at beginning when purchased.

Connection to WiFi

I’ve had this ihome for over a week now and the WiFi will not connect. To say it’s frustrating would be an understatement. I’ve sent email after email and have gotten not one response. The app needs a lot of work.

When I press on the Alexa option to set it up it goes in it and when I press the button that will put me on the screen to Link my amazon account the button goes white and freezes the app

Lots of Connection Issues

I just bought the speaker and attempted to connect it to my iPhone. My iPhone is running the iOS 13.1 system, so it should work without any problems. I was able to successfully connect it after about 15 minutes of troubleshooting. It said I was connected however the app crashed and then asked me to reconnect starting from the beginning. I have attempted a half dozen more times, but with no success. I was hoping to find a smart alarm clock but it appears that this one tried to be too smart.

Need a major update

Issues reconnect my iHome speaker with the WiFi network. Was working for months and then it just stopped. Restarted the speaker and tried to reconnect the speaker through the app and it says unable to connect. I’ve checked everything on the network and updated every. Even restarted network, and devices and made the network prioritize the speaker. Guess what?!?! Nothing.

The software on these devices are awful . They don’t work as designed and support takes weeks to respond with no real help . They just provide instructions that are the same as the setup . There is no real reset to default on these devices. 70$ wasted. I plan to file complaint with BBB. They shouldn’t be allowed to sell products with so many bad reviews and complaints.
