Really disappointed, used to be a great app

This really used to be a great app to use, they always had offers that I either had a use for or was using, now it’s just new products or one that may be nobody’s heard of. I used to love using this app, now I don’t really see a reason why to put in the effort.

I keep trying to submit a receipt but the app takes forever to find deals and then when that’s done loading, it takes me back to the retailer page and then freezes. I’ve tried even deleting and reinstalling the app and it still won’t work.

After accumulating cashback for weeks of submitting receipts, they wouldn’t let me cash out. After their review, without explaining to me why, they decided to deactivate my account. I wasted so much time and they took all the money I accumulated. I asked for an explanation as to why my account was deactivated but they didn’t give a valid reason and just asserted that my account would remain deactivated. Don’t waste your time!
