I shop a lot and try to buy items that earn cash back. I racked up $25 in a couple days and I guess Ibotta didn’t like that. They “flagged” my account, then locked my account, and now they deactivated it. $25 gone. Use a different rebates app.

The idea is great and the app is simple to use. The only issue I have is that the items you can redeem coupons for seems very minimal. I don't buy super specific products and find myself almost never seeing coupons that apply to my purchases so my savings are few and far between. The coupons that they have on the app are often times very specific and for very far-fetched brands. I dont expect to have 20 coupons per purchases but it’s frustrating to have almost none ever. They need to update the items that are redeemable.

I love ibotta I’ve been using it for a little over a year and have almost gotten 600$ back by buying the stuff I was already purchasing. Thankful for Ibotta. ?
Problems with the app

For the most part I love Ibotta. My problem with it is I have been having trouble doing Walmart receipts. It has trouble reading the code. I have had to delete the app 3 to 4 times this week and reupload it. Also have trouble trying to get my gift cards or put into my bank account.

Horrible, I create an account I get a message: something went wrong. I try to log in: can’t log you in. I try to sign up making sure EVERYTHING was right: someone else is using this email. What a joke ?

I am wanting to figure out how I can reach customer support. Someone has logged me out of my iBotta app and I haven’t been able to log back in. I have changed the password, and although I am absolutely sure it is the same password I updated it to, it won’t allow me access to the application. Pleas review the account for k.lawrance5@ aol.com and repair the problem so that I can continue to use it. I have a balance so I would like to keep it.

I signed up to get the blue apron $50 bonus and took screenshots and still they have not given the promised rebate. I paid and am getting another blue apron box but ibotta has not paid and blue apron tells me they have nothing to do with the ibotta rebate. Not a trustworthy app.
