What a scam - I linked my Shop rite account so I didn’t have to go through the arduous process of uploading my receipt, taking pics of the products and giving them a list of what I expect to receive back. In my account it states my loyalty account is linked! And you still tell me I must do all this work? As easy as you make it sound, it’s very time-consuming. I just don’t have the time or inclination for it. BTW, I’ve just set up digital receipts only on my Shop Rite account, so I don’t have a paper receipt I can photograph Also, I’ve purchased a few items of brands I would not have bought only because they were freebies, expecting to be reimbursed. I’ve literally wasted a couple hours setting up the whole process and adding items to my shopping list. I’ll now be removing the app, and spreading the word. THAT will be time well spent. I had heard on TV this was a great app - not so much! What a disappointment.

Receipt and bonuses

I can’t summit any of my Walmart’s receipts and I’m loosing the bonuses for that.

Need to bring more usable items back

I have been using Ibotta for years and have made some nice money. Thank you Ibotta!! Recently I noticed many of your popular items aren’t available and this is disappointing because I would buy the pasta and pasta sauce, cereals and baking items for the food bank in town. When I had enough money would get a gift card to Walmart or Target and buy more items for the food bank or shelters. We need to get these items back please. Also I understand wanting to get people to try new things - but when the majority of say the frozen food items are all plant based or cauliflower base items - come on make it even for everyone to try! Again I enjoy using this app and will continue and hope you can keep it enjoyable with our favorite items at our favorite stores!!

Would like more known products.

Disappointing update

I have been using Ibotta for almost 7 years. While I don’t make the money I used too and there are no longer team rewards, it’s still a decent app. Overall they have done a great job at trying to bring us as many rebates as possible. The biggest thing I don’t like is the new update. You used to be able to easily scroll across the top to the category you wanted, now there’s a filter which is terrible.

This app was awesome, loved using it. However lately the submission has items on it, but when the funds are deposited items have been removed. Verified items! Things pulled up still not receiving credit. It’s hit or miss which items get “removed” it has cost me several bonuses, it is also sad because I only purchased a few of these items because I would get the rebate. I have submitted a few to customer service but not all. Please fix this issue.
