Don’t purchase trips on the app

I have loved everything about this app except for the year I’ve been waiting for my pending $100 for purchasing a trip through the app. We purchased the trip in 2019, went on it the first week of March 2020 and still have it as pending in our app. After numerous emails with customer service I’ve abandoned all hope with receiving our $100 rebate. If going on a trip do not book it through the app, but grocery rebates seem to work fine :)

I’ve been a loyal Ibotta user for a few years now and been overall pretty happy with them and made over $600 but lately I’ve been using store pickup from Kroger and Kroger is basically no longer printing receipts to help with the environment and all that which is fine. So....tried printing my VALID receipt at home and they won’t accept it!! I even put in a claim to their customer service and they said it’s an altered receipt! Anywho, I think I’m going to have to stop using them if they can’t keep up with the current times of store curbside pickup and printing the receipt at home vs going into the store. Sorry Ibotta!

Horrible App, due to inactivity this stupid app took away $3.99 due to inactivity. What kind of app takes away money you earned because you’re not using it. Do not download do not use horrible horrible horrible horrible!!!

The app is great but a lot of things offered is not found around where I live. We also shop almost brand specific but it’s still a great app.

I like the app and have been getting lots of cashback but lately the app is constantly crashing when I try to submit more than one picture when scanning my receipts.

I love how the app has changed to make it easier, and get extra earnings, for the grocery pick up orders now. Also really love the fact that you can receive more than just gift cards now, it can be deposited right to your bank.

The app used to be good, but over the past few months the app doesn't work. I try to log in and get an "Forbidden" error. When I do finally get logged in, it errors again when trying to submit a receipt.
