I have loved IBOTTA for several years, but lately they have frustrated me to no end. More and more there are offers where I know I have the exact item in the description but the app won’t accept it. Happened again today. I spent extra money buying the limit only to find out the app wouldn’t accept it in spite of the fact I followed the description exactly. Also, I had items in my list that were not supposed to expire until 10:30 am but they were taken out of the app much earlier and I missed out. Things like this really frustrates me because it wastes my time and money when I don’t catch it ahead of time. I hope IBOTTA improves and gets back to the way it was when it was reliable. Until then I can’t recommend this to anyone. It makes shopping a frustrating experience.

I opened the app to scan my receipts but ibotta logged me out and says forbidden ? now my receipts will expire before I get to scan them in!!!! ????????

This is the most awful app, I’m not trying to take a lot of time trying to figure this out to save money. This app isn’t clear and it was hard for my friends and me to get going. Other apps were straight to the point. Scan and see your points. Then redeeming for your prize was as simple as that. For a busy mom, wife and working woman this app was not for me.
