I like this app it works well and gets the job done, but there are three main things I would like to see done with this app in future updates. Firstly, it need support for dark mode. Secondly, it needs better integration with the files app. Lastly, it needs the ability to edit PDF text and images. Although I would love to see these features I am still more than happy to use this app.

Great app, but...

It’s a great app for iPads, but not for iPhone 8 plus, well, that’s the case for me. I cannot open the toolbox feature anymore even though I’m already on landscape mode. It’s still the case even after applying several suggestions from Branchfire tech support. In addition, when I could still open the toolbox feature and I’d make changes on a pdf file, when I take a look at the same pdf file in my iPad, the corrections I’ve made in my iPhone appear larger in my iPad than before. So I find it best to just work on the pdf file in one device, my iPad, rather than switching back and forth between devices and between modes. But as an overall, this app is awesome! It’s easy and convenient to use on an iPad, especially when proofreading documents. I just wish it’d makes things easier for me on my iPhone.

Overall very nice. Interface could be modernized a bit, and files should be accessible in the system file browser instead of only in-app. Otherwise, no complaints.

No erase button, recognizes palm so I can’t actually write anything. Not ideal for taking school notes. Wish I could just get my money back.

What happened to this app? Full of glitches!!

I’ve been using this for years and have loved it for grading student papers digitally. This latest iteration is full of glitches. When I copy to the app the PDFs are blurry & unreadable. I deleted my old app and got a brand new one yesterday and the same problem is occurring. Can not find a phone number to get support and the email support on the website doesn’t work. So frustrating.

Please someone tell me how to do it. Used to be a snap. Update - now it converts files to chinese when saving from an email to iannotate. Can’t believe how they messed up this app. It used to work so great. Now useless. Update How do you get an email attachment to iAnnotate?

this is a horrible horrible app. Annotation is terrible and difficult to do. The interface is not intuitive, settings require leaving the app and offer limited control, there doesnt seem to be anyway to unlink the app from a cloud service. I came to this to link with Box.com and it was a huge mistake and waste of ten dollar. thanks for screwing me out of my money

Ive been using this app for years for grading student papers. It would be nice to see a feature added where I could add an image from the clipboard as an annotation to be able to write on it without going to my computer.
