While trying to order my OTC benefits for this quarter, the app crashed 11 times!!! I don’t have this issue with my laptop, just the app. It really needs an update for stability!!!

I’ve had an ongoing issue with my medication and when I call, they always have to call my Dr. A mail order prescription should automatically refill. This time, for the first time 2 of 3 did, the 3rd was an issue, they had to call the Dr. again. I was told it would be fixed, checked on it and now the meds are listed but they didn’t send out the 3rd. I was told to expect it within 10 days. It wasn’t sent so I ordered it. A company as large as Humana should have all prescription documents scanned to be visible to all employees. When they assure you it’s going to be fixed after a complaint is filed, the complaint desk should follow up to make sure it’s taken care of.
Super convenient and easy to use

This app is really great for Humana patients! It’s easy to use, all the products are neatly categorized and easy to find, it tells you when your limit is reached for specific items, and because your information is saved, you just click “place order” and you’re done! I haven’t transferred my prescriptions to them yet, but that’s certainly coming next!

I love being able to order from the otc pharmacy (a little pricey but don’t have to fight crowds). My prescriptions are so easy through the pharmacy, I love it. Thank you, Ms. Diane Bradley
App has limits

Humana pharmacy is fine and I have not had an issue with. But the app has limit access.

Your app is horrible I can’t seem to get anywhere. It gets on one screen and you can’t get out of it to go to another screen a person wants to use. The whole app should be redone. If I call in they don’t know anything about what a person is trying to tell them. Very disappointed. Time to change insurance.
