The humans pharmacy mail order was/is horrible. The techs answering the call were very incompetent. Need training!!

That’s what they call it . I call it lack of interest and follow through. I Dave been waiting fir a return call from the otc department fir over 2 weeks. They owe me a credit(Cindy) is the lady who promised me I would get it. It’s been 4 months and still No credit. Thus company passes the buck so fast it’s amazing. Customer Service is a Joke to them. They fudge their responsibility!!!!
