No orders on app on weekends

See title - that should be somewhere that stands out for people that try to order on weekends, and probably holidays.

The website is pretty easy to order prescriptions on! They sent me a bunch of books and papers to read which I haven’t read yet. They sent me another book and a bunch of papers to read which I haven’t read yet!

Bad enough they cancel orders and don’t tell you. Now all my m Dd are gone from the app I really don’t love me this app
Humana is the best!

My husband and I retired to AZ two years ago. We are 75 and 72 years old. We found Humana to be the best fit for us. A local clinic is only ten miles away. We order all prescriptions and OTC products online- even from our phone. Our Humana representative, Mel McKinney is the best. I’m so impressed with the care and follow up Humana gives their clients!

I like how easy it is to refill my medications. I also am pleased that you are processing them faster so they ship faster. I had a big problem with getting my orders in a timely manner. Hopefully you have that problem resolved. Thank you.

This is the best thing that has come into my life. I have to take vitamins the rest of my life because of the gastric bypass I had and this helps me not run out of my much needed vitamins.
Not recommending Humana apps

When I went into the app, I got an invitation to do a survey. After giving upon using the very difficult to navigate app, I tried to access the survey. Had to give upon that, too.
