Just about every time I login to Humana, I get locked out due to ‘too many failed attempts to correctly login. This is untrue. It has become a real headache to utilize the website via various means, e.g., smart phone, tablet and/or desktop.

The pharmacy app is very easy to use and saves me time I don’t necessarily have!!

I am now with Humana for a number of years and it is a real time saver. No more standing in line or having to drive in inclement weather. And when I call on the phone I have no problem with the service.
