Available otc balance never calculated

The over the counter quarterly balance is always $125 so I never know what my remaining balance is. At check out the individual items ordered are not priced and the total balance due is listed as a zero. Then when I use the app again it states my over-the-counter balance remaining is $125.

Second time entering the same prescription, as I did a week, or so, before.

you say my nickname is used

I ordered a refill script, about a week ago, yet it didn’t process. It said the refill was due, so I entered it., and it said my order was placed. Now, it is a week later, and I don’t have my med. Once again, I have entered it today, but will it be like last time, or will I get it??? Who knows! Not impressed with mail order process.

Worst Customer Service Ever!!

I have been paying for Humana Pharmacy for 5+ years and until recently was contented with the company. In the past week my opinion has reached ROCK BOTTOM. After a recent fall I was prescribed Lidocaine patches at my local ER for some bruised ribs. My local pharmacy let me know they COULD NOT fill the order because Humana required “Prior Authorization”. I could pay the $58.00 up front and wait for reimbursement, if any would be coming. I’m in excruciating pain and Humana doesn’t care. I call Humana to find out what is going on. After being transferred to 4 different people trying to get a straight answer I was HUNG UP ON. Today I go to my regular Dr. checks me out and can tell that I am miserable due to the pain, including high blood pressure. She prescribed OxyContin for the pain and sends the prescription over to the same pharmacy to be filled. They send me an email informing me that this prescription needs “Prior Authorization”. I again call Humana. The first person I spoke to tried to explain the problem and decides to transfer me to another person. That person started with the same run around I heard the night before. I asked to speak to her supervisor and was told she would put me on hold. I waited, and waited, and waited. 64 MINUTES LATER the original person I was talking to came back on line and said that she would call the pharmacy and she what she could do for me. She realized that I was being blown off by the person she had transferred me to. She came back on line after a very few minutes and informed me that the pharmacy would fill the prescription. I thanked her and hung up after a total of 74 minutes on the phone to Humana. Anyone reading this review RUN, RUN, RUN away from Humana. They have THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE OF ANY COMPANY I HAVE DEALT WITH IN MY 71 TEARS.

Switching to Mail Order

While the marketing sounds great switching from street pharmacy to mail order is not as easy as advertised. Of my 7 prescriptions I thought all had switched correctly based on phone conversation. However, the reality set in when I saw that all orders were submitted but only 2 had been sent. Multiple phone calls later and assurances that all was ok I discovered 5 were still missing. Lol, one was sent twice and two were not apparently switched. More online interaction and phone calls and 2 more arrived but not all. I’m still working the issue but at least I have the important meds in my hands.
