Love it, user friendly is the key and this app certainly is!! Took me all of three minutes to do what I needed to do. I don’t like spending a lot of time with stuff like this and I didn’t have to! I can check my order status, list of meds shop for OTC vitamins and check my balance. All in a matter of minutes!! Great app!!!

Unable to use this app to order OTC items. Always receive error message “Failed to load products”!!! ? Seriously ?

App is working fine now. I had problems opening the Humana app. Humana addressed this problem immediately, within 24 hrs and notified me by email that it was corrected. Thank you Humana IT

It is an okay app. Some confusing areas in navigation. Does not respond in the transfer Rx mode

The Customer Service employees are totally ignorant when it comes to recognizing the names of meds, spelling meds, and pronouncing meds! That reflects on the quality of your business. On the apps......no search buttons! What is wrong here?

My fingerprint logon works but only if I logon with my username and password. Why have a fingerprint logon option? I called the helpline number listed to ask if a flu shot was covered and nobody had an answer. After being transferred 3 times I was connected with Medicare.

This app is an afterthought. The glowing reviews by one-time users don’t impress anyone who regularly uses web sites and apps to do business. It’s poorly maintained and inaccurate, especially with new prescriptions or dosage changes. Words like “Processed” don’t always mean what they imply. It probably reflects some of the chaos at the pharmacy, though the latter has improved much more over the years than the app itself. The regular web site is better designed, but certainly not a breeze to sail through. Refills are fine. The rest? It’s just better than mediocre.

I have 300 apps on my iPhone. This app has been the most difficult to log in. The fingerprint option is not intuitive at all. Once in, it's nice.

They have changed the app, why? It’s streamlined, but you took out options we need. Really Really hate it.

I was told that I must access this site from the Humana app. There is no way for me to refill a prescription from the Humana site and I can’t access the pharmacy app from there. Why is there a separate app if I can’t log into it?
