Prescription – Humana Pharmacy Review

I’ve had an ongoing issue with my medication and when I call, they always have to call my Dr. A mail order prescription should automatically refill. This time, for the first time 2 of 3 did, the 3rd was an issue, they had to call the Dr. again. I was told it would be fixed, checked on it and now the meds are listed but they didn’t send out the 3rd. I was told to expect it within 10 days. It wasn’t sent so I ordered it. A company as large as Humana should have all prescription documents scanned to be visible to all employees. When they assure you it’s going to be fixed after a complaint is filed, the complaint desk should follow up to make sure it’s taken care of.
