Difficult contacting customer service – HSN Shopping App Review

Order Number: 1634252200 I’m not satisfied with how customer service works. If you can get a person, they don’t know what they’re doing. Not even their supervisors. I returned an item, tracked it, it’s been returned 2-3 days now but I’ve not received an email or text. There’s no record of it being returned in my account. What’s up with that?
