The updated version isn’t user friendly - difficult to use and not appealing. I like the previous version better

The touch ID doesn’t work anymore. You’ve had two updates and still no fix for using Touch ID. When I’m shopping I don’t want to have to go and look up my login password to log in I just want to hit my touch ID shop and get off.

Open the app and not one but two videos are automatically started. Updated: The latest update allows me to mute the videos. That’s a big improvement and I’ve added 2 stars. I still prefer to play videos if I’m interested and not have them start automatically but the mute helps. Also, it’s shopping! Show us lots of things to buy right away! When we walk into a store we see lots of choices. It should be the same on a shopping website. But HSN and QVC seem to have gone the opposite direction. I don’t understand it.

New update not so great

I do not like the new updated version of this app. Cannot view live video in full screen. There’s no video for any items. Frustrating since we liked to see video for the product before we purchase.

Since the update it’s way worse . Difficult to navigate and no videos available. Must have been done by a man . They need input from actual users. The programs guide is worse . I could go on and on .horrible.

Really dislike recent version

Before the last update, are used the HSN app almost every day. I would check to see what a few of the deals are, what the today’s special is, and I would play the Spin 2 Win game, which took very little time. Now, I would rather not even open the new version because of the one or two automatic playing videos with automatic sound so I can no longer discreetly look at the app. Also, I can’t find the Spin 2 Win game in the app! Is it hiding somewhere? The app looks very disorganized too.

The newest HSN app is not user friendly for those that don't have unlimited data plans. All the short videos that run automatically eat my data up drastically. Not happy!!!!!

Cannot see products for upcoming shows

Used to be able to see products offered for upcoming shows. Update took this feature away. When from app to useless app.

No touch, no videos, can not turn off live feed, if not on wifi will eat up data plan, no hyper links to different vendors, no games, ++++...... Regret putting this update, will not use much, who did this, thought updates improve not take away and make it less user friendly No stars for this last update, please test as a user frist

What happened to the program guide?

The program guide used to be great. It showed a preview of products, which seems to have disappeared in the latest update. When products are included now in the guide, the resolution is horrible. Also, it’s just difficult to find anything on the home page. Overall, it’s doesn’t seem at all user friendly. An app to avoid.
