Won several games, never was paid

Had a balance of $6.91 that I tried to cashout on Feb14 as they immediately closed down the game. Filled out my paypal info, balanced was cleared out, but funds never paid.
If you win they won’t pay

Would allow me to cash out due to errors and then they took my money. Or stole it. Also never paid my husband either.

This app is great...except it will refuse to pay out your winnings for months and then claim you forfeited your winnings for not cashing out. Unbelievable!

After they took our money, went on indefinite hiatus and paid no one, and then returned having erased all of our winnings, they’ve now admitted to hiding the rules about cashing out and still aren’t paying anyone their winnings. Still. A. Scam.

I was a loyal player, played every single day. When they went under I went to cash out my 44$ winnings I never showed in my PayPal. They stole money from a loyal customer.

I had $26 in winnings. I tried to cash out for months and kept getting errors. I emailed HQ support who blamed it on the pandemic and then fed me total bull crap: “You can rest assured that your balance has not been lost.” I logged in today and my winnings is now $0. Total crap. Been playing since almost the very first show. I’ve gotten dozens of people to sign up over the years. Now I’m deleting and will never recommend to another person again. Just terrible.

You will never see the money if you win. If you try to redeem your winnings it is impossible. I tried to cash out my winnings and they kept my money.

Terms of use go on and on and I doubt anyone would read through them until they get used to screw people out of money they supposedly had won. I cashed out a balance that was indicated as my balance at the time. Yet, only much later are the terms of use suddenly brought up. My available balance had not been reduced by the app when I cashed out. Except the app never really let me cash out even though it certainly seemed like it did at the time. I hope you aholes lose the class action suit you so richly deserve to lose.
They do not honor your winnings.

They created a ninety day rule so they do not have to pay out your money. You have to earn $20 before they will pay the balance. If you don’t get $20 before 90 days to pay out, your money is “forfeited”!!! This is not worth your time!
