I won 3 times since HQ returned and I cannot cash out for any of the wins. Bogus.
Money won are disappearing.

My winnings were slowly approaching $15. Since it was the minimum I waited to reach that amount. One day they announced that they closed. Suddenly they opened about a month ago and promised to pay. Finally few days ago I “received” the money. But only $10. Next day it became $7 later today another $0.50 went bye, bye. Who knows maybe tomorrow it will be $0.01. I am starting to believe that it is sponsored by Bill Gates so while we play he does his evil agenda against us. One more week of my patience then this goes to garbage.

In the beginning this game was fun. The main host left and that should’ve been the first sign to stop playing. Shortly after they had a slew of host and celebrity guest and had different variations to the games. Than came time for them to say they ran out of money, it didn’t stop the last remaining host Matt Richards to blab on the final show that he still got paid and the game offered via PayPal to give us our winnings. Many people still haven’t collected on those winnings but remember Matt said he still got paid for the final show! Now we are still trying to cash out our winnings and all of a sudden there’s a forfeiture rule that seemingly came out of nowhere, justifying that the fans who haven’t claimed winnings in the past 90 days lose their winnings!!!! We have been trying to cash out since the show stopped around January and now they’re taking our money. Poor business mode run by bad people who don’t know what they’re doing. Don’t play the game, don’t give them your money. AVOID AT ALL COST!!!!!!! THIS GAME SHOULD BE DELETED FROM THE APP STORE. If I can give zero stars I would.

I love playing HQ. I do have problems though. When I get the correct answers in the game I am not getting the points I should be getting for the correct answer. Why? Cindy. April 16 Still having the same problem not getting my points when I am playing the real game . How do I fix this problem? I am using extra lives and they do show up in my game . I play the daily games and get points. Please help, I am ready to give up on this game. I have 68 erasers and many hearts but can’t retrieve them. Cindy the aggravated. It is April 21. I It is now April 21st. I still am not getting my points when my answer is correct . How do I fix this problem. I love playing HQ but will not play if I do not get points for my correct answers! This is very aggravating, please respond! ?????The date today is May 2nd, 2020.When I play the real HQ game at nine, I don’t get points I earned from playing the 9: O’clock game , Please help!
