I won HQ 4 times and when my cashout was approved I cashed out. I never got my payment and my account got banned, for no reason and no explanation why.

Recently I heard a statement about what is the longest 5 seconds. The answer was the amount of time it takes to get an x to X out of the app. Your new 30 seconds to X out is excruciating. It’s not always a 5 minute game anymore. What happened to the $1.13 I won the other night? Jaycee0333

Had to completely change my review because of my own error. My cash out issue was resolved. This game is super fun to play because you learn new things every day. Plus the hosts are very entertaining! Yes there are technical glitches and a waiting period for your wins, but it’s fairly consistent. The current revamped game (October 2020 here) is an improvement.

I had 15 extra lives and they took them all away. I worked hard for them. It’s advertised as a game for you to win money, but it’s really a money maker for them

The cash out process is always down, and you are limited to the time you have to cash out.
