The 90 day time to collect winnings was never made public. Shame on you now for using it when you made the comeback and people wanted to collect. I hope you go bankrupt again because you deserve that for your shady hidden rules

Forfeited my winnings that I tried to cash out back in February. Randomly applying a “90-day” cash out criteria on winnings from over 2 years of playing. That’s some pretty petty crap to be doing HQ.

I might not have EVER won in this game but I can say it’s a lot of fun. The people with bad reviews don’t know WHAT they are talking about I have never experienced any bad issues in this game. All I know is that it’s completely real. Some guy (not me) had won over $102,000. I was so surprised. I don’t know what to say but it’s AWESOME. I have only ever had one problem. That problem is that they don’t have enough money for all the people they have. Most people when they win they only get $1.00 or $2.00. That’s not much of a problem for me but for the people that win they use extra lives and eraser even work there brains out but they only get a few bucks. That’s all I have to say. ITS A REALLY GOOD GAME. (Also if you play my referral code is blakedaman sorry if this takes away all the seriousness form my review this is my first one ever)

I was a loyal player. Played the Trivia, Words, Tunes and After Dark shows. It took me quite a while to only earn $8.12 then they shut down. I tried to cash out on February 14 and balance went to zero. Finally got my $8.12 back but they say $3.73 is forfeited. I never knew about any 90 day rule so this is bogus. They should pay people what they had in their accounts the day they shut down. Still can’t cash out. As soon as I can, I’m done with this game and feel so let down by them.

Luckily I took a photo of my winnings as of April 26th, 2020 at 18:00 and apparently during this week, you allowed someone to steal it. Please research the account that you paid out my $8.47 of my winnings and return it to me Shellalelani. I WILL cash it out as soon as I get it back. ALL $13.92 of it. Thanks Shellalelani ??

I enjoyed your game for a long time, at one time, I had my entire family playing it! I enjoyed the fun things, different hosts, and mini games, and for old times sake, I will not give you one star, even if you deserve it right now. I have to say, now that you have lost most of the things that make HQ fun, you has really taken a turn for the worse. I’m not blaming you for not having investors, what I blame you is not being consistent, I get that you have to change things up, but you can’t make your app worse. You aren’t honouring your original rules, and on top of that, you have disrespected all of your players with money on their account. Do you know how many people saved money on your game, How many people don’t have bank accounts (me), and so on? Do you know the total amount of money that was lost to them? These are all people who once never had a bad thing to say about you guys, and now your 1 star reviews have skyrocketed and you’re loosing money. That little bit of money that I had was chump change, but it was a reminder, an incentive if you will, that I would have the chance to win more games in the future. I only won 1 game, and then that all disappeared. I’m not being dramatic when I say it literally felt like a little piece of me was chipped away, like everything in the game that I worked towards for years, disappeared, just like that. I have to say that for a game based on intellect, you guys aren’t running it very smartly. I still played HQ and been loyal even after everything that’s happened. It seems that it really is just a game to you guys, just another icon in the AppStore hoping for more popularity, but for me and my family, it was a time for us to connect and hope for the best so that maybe we could pay some bills or go out to dinner. You guys are a company, so step up, and do more, or you can slowly go to crap and disappear like the rest of the trivia games, which I don’t want to happen. Isn’t the customer always right?

Very frustrated w/ cash out - please advise!

The last day of “last season” HQ operated, before it shut down, I received a notification to cashout. When I tried, it said there wasn’t enough, and it went to $0!! I was bummed because I worked hard to win that over several games! (see below.) I haven’t won at all this season yet, and would love to see Levels &/or 3 lives come back. But literally a few days ago, my previous balance finally showed again on Wed April 29, and I took a screenshot. (Today is May 2) Now it shows down by half! What the heck?! Please advise, and can I use my husband’s email and his PayPal, as I don’t have a PayPal acct. Thanks again - comtngirl Written end of previous season - Lots of people were eliminated for no reason after a technical error started the game late! People kept telling you in the chat. In previous games when something major like that happened, you’d restart again. Then each game at 21 Qs is really too long anyway, and only worth $1,000, but each winner got $3,000???? If you don’t at least have integrity to do the right thing, you will lose lots more people. Sometimes it’s “Pride, not necessarily the amount of the prize” that keeps people coming back, if the winning is attainable, or at least the chance to win. If I win, it’s only a few cents here and there, but that kept me coming back, as did the hard-earned levels and Lives I had attained. Consider this for the future. Thanks. comtngirl

It’s a fun, cool trivia game! Where you win real $$$! I have Learned some things pretty cool trivia-that I didn’t know which is always an A+! Only one negative is don’t keep your winnings in there like A savings account. When you can withdraw $, get your money it might take A couple tries to get it. But again it’s free it’s not like you paid to play. But you will get it. It just might take a few tries. Other than that it’s a cool game. I am very glad that they came back!!!!!

This game is ridiculous so hard I been playing this game for about 5 months now and have not win 1 Cent you have to get all 12 questions right to win some way there need to figure out how to give more people money so you just quit I know I am getting very close of quitting
