Usually fun to play!

Well I played daily until they went out of business. When they closed down, I tried to cash out my winnings. Never got the money. Now my winnings have been cut in half because I didn’t cash out in time. Still can’t get the rest of my money because it’s under review. So have fun playing, but winning a couple bucks, probably won’t happen.

I've played from the start of HQ, through all the ups, downs, late starts, and glitches. When they went bust the first time, I even played upon their return, not ever expecting to see my previous winnings again. As I write this, let me start by saying that it's not the money... We're talking chump change here. I always joked that I played for fun but looked forward to the day that my HQ winnings bought me a beer. To my surprise, my four dollars and some change reappeared in my balance this very week. $4.98 to be exact. It takes $5 to cash out. Today it says that I have forfeited $4.71 by not cashing out within 90 days of winning. I never played for money before, it was just fun. But now, on principle, I'm finally ready to join the rest of my friends in deleting the app. Whoever is running this needs to learn a thing or two about respecting their players. It's no surprise they've gone from millions of players to barely breaking 100k.

Ban account for no reason, reset account money for no reason.

A trivia application is considered reputable but the operation is very vague, resetting the player account, ban account without a good reason.
Forfeiture of winnings

So, apparently the $8 in my HQ acct is forfeited because I didn’t cash out within 90 days. Seriously?? How many of your players are aware of this sneaky rule?

I “cashed out” when HQ ended, now you are treating my winnings as “forfeited”. We have been loyal to you; you have not.

5-2-20 We love HQ whether we win or not! I got my brother and his wife to play as well, and my niece! We text every night after playing...great way to spend time with family even when we live in different states! Thank you, HQ!
