I was a huge fan of HQ - downloaded and have played since it was released. It was a great idea and fun, loved Matt, but it turns out they play games when it comes to cashing out. Tried to work it out with them via their support option, took months to get a response and when they did respond they were unhelpful. Really disappointing. Just skip this and find something else to do.

I DIDNT ever hear Scott, Eugene, Matthew , Anna Reggie or any one from you staff mention that we had a time limit to cash out but I tried to get in touch with your staff about collecting my HUGE earnings and have not had a reply yet? I don’t understand why? I’m losing more money as we speak. Please ask the money flipper Matt or some big wig to help me. Thanks

I won tonite 10-13-20 and I only got 1.09 and everyone else got 26.92. What’s going on here? Why would I get so much less? I thought monies were paid out equally? I’ve played practically every nite since hq started and to even win and get thru all 12 questions is a big deal. If I’m missing something here that’s different otherwise this is a real slap in the face in my opinion...
Tried deleting my account

I’ve been trying to delete my account and data from their servers and haven’t heard back from the company or found a way to do it from within the app. Their Privacy Policy say I can delete my account from within the app, but I do not see where. Reached out to them again and have heard nothing back.
