Be extra careful when booking with Hotwire

All their bookings are final, and even if you purchase the insurance (like I did) barely anything is covered. I’m having a risky pregnancy, in which I can barely get out of my house, imagine taking a trip to the other coast... so I had to cancel my trip, and even with my doctor’s letter I could not get any of my $500 dollars reservation back.

I have been consistently using Hotwire for the past two years and consistently they have been excellent. If I have any questions, they are quick to respond.
For the business traveler… Or even the vacation traveler.....

Booking would be much easier and quicker and hassle free if shuttle schedule times were listed for those hotels that have shuttles

Authentication on a phone always has a problem. Forgets the password or no fingerprint authentication. Poor.
