eh app hobby lobby as a business is homophobic so uh

What’s the point?

Jrbage

What’s the point of having the app? We only downloaded it for the 40% off coupon. Once that’s gone, I’m deleting the app. It’s a useless app beyond that.

Homophobic.

a weird rat

Hobby lobby is homophobic.

Losing my items

regularrachel

I love hobby lobby but I find the app extremely frustrating. Every time I use the app it has signed me out of my account even if I select “remember me” before signing in. And sometimes it will keep my items in my cart from the previous time and sometimes it won’t. So if I put 10 items in my cart and then close out of the app, I have completely lost all of the items and then I have to go back and find them again which is very difficult and time consuming.

So frustrating

I’m happy to support Christian businesses but this app is horrible. It won’t let me sign in and it empties my cart randomly. You’re losing money AND costumer satisfaction.

No back button??

T Corn

How can an app not have a back button? I’m a huge hobby lobby fan but I’m dumbfounded that I cannot go back to the previous screen and instead have to start a search all over. Please please fix this. It’s nearly unusable.

Time is Important

The app needs some fixing because when you click on an item there is no way to continue your search you have to start all over again and again and again, etc. That is aggravating abs so time consuming! I’m hoping someone would make some adjustments really soon

Terrible app

Oh please, Hobby Lobby. Work on your app.

Can't update

I'm sorry but I have to join the rest of the complainers. This app is not user friendly. I suggest you totally redesign it and launch it again.

Retail app design 101

Quick lesson for for the developers: the search function, which the customer uses to search through products, should be the most obvious and easily found part of your app. It should be front and center as soon as the app is launched. It should be in all navigational menus. It should be easily reached with a single tap from every part of the app. Customers only have two reasons to use your app: coupons and searching for products. When one of those options disappears or gets hidden, guess what? I’m going to Michaels instead. Make it easy or don’t bother. Edit 2/2020: and now that this review has been up for so long, we’re taking it down to 1 star. Even when I can successfully find a search box, the app continues to behave oddly. When I finally manage to search for an item, I can only look at one result. If I go back it takes me back to the main screen instead of the rest of the search results. This means having to restart the search - typing the item and scrolling through the results - EVERY TIME I look at a search result. What a hassle. Seriously, what is wrong with you guys? Your app is broken. Fix it!
