Not bad, could be better- some ideas

I love hobby lobby, a lot. I love the products, the company, what they stand for, everything. It makes since that I’d want to get the app, but it just isn’t that great. So, I’m going to give some ideas that no one will see. - Projects. I personally think it would be SO cool if you could save a product to different projects you have going on, such as washi tape to a scrapbooking project - Modernize. I don’t know, it just looks outdated. To draw in younger crowds, it would really help to modernize the app Okay okay I’ll stop, but I hope whoever sees this gets where I’m going with all this. Good luck, hobby lobby!

It’s a super awesome app. I have been to the hobby lobby store and its great But series for real people really need to stop complaining about how sucky the hobby lobby app and how crappy the store is and what the store should do to please them. I get that everyone is entitled to their own opinion about stuff. But really if you don’t like something at this store then don’t go and go somewhere else
Doesn’t flip to landscape

I’m trying to use the app on my iPad. I use my iPad with a stand so it is oriented landscape. The app screen does not flip from portrait orientation so it’s not useable for me. The Amazon app orients the screen properly.

The store itself is amazing but the app is not the best, I signed myself in and was looking for items and came back the next day and I was logged out. Then I noticed that every time I exited the app it would log me out and I’d have to log back in

Extremely annoying bc you can’t go back to the items you were viewing, it takes you back to start all over at the main page. What the heck?!

If you want to shop online using the app you should just stay in the app not click on a link and be redirected to your web browser. Easier to just start at your web browser rather than waisting time jumping to it every timr
Coupon in App Never Works

Used to be able to use the coupon in the app but it quit working. At Michael’s and Joann’s, they will scan a coupon they have when yours doesn’t work. HL staff will comment on the app coupon but make you come up with s current one to get the discount.
