The app is miss basic features. It’s not obvious how to even search the app for products. Even after finding the search in “DIY” once you click on an item there’s no “back” button so you have to type the search all over again.

Why does this not work on iPhones older than the 5s? As long as you have the min iOS (8.0), it should work. Please change the flag to all iPhones like other apps do. Nothing fancy about this app should prevent any iPhone from using it.

The app was a little outdated, but it was easy to use. Since the update, it’s nearly impossible to figure out how to shop via the app. From the main page you have to click one of the few categories offered, from there you can finally get a search bar, but if you find a selection of what you’re looking for and click on a specific item, then click the back button, it takes you all the way back to where you have to pick some random category then re-enter what you want to search for. This app is a mess. Please make quick updates to make it better.

I have been using this app for a while. This new version has seemed to have lost two features that I enjoyed previously. The website “search “for product is no longer there or is very difficult to find. The other feature I do miss is the zoom in option for the weekly ad. I really enjoy shopping at this store there is so much to choose from, Thank You!

Quick lesson for for the developers: the search function, which the customer uses to search through your products, should be the most obvious and easily found part of your app. It should be front and center as soon as the app is launched. It should be in all navigational menus. It should be easily reached with a single tap from every part of the app. Customers only have two reasons to use your app: coupons and searching for products. When one of those options disappears or gets hidden, guess what? I’m going to Michaels instead. Make it easy or don’t bother.

Back button issues

I love Hobby Lobby and the previous app. But now when looking at an item and then hitting the back button it takes you all the way back to the home page, then you have to start your search all over again. Very frustrating. ?

No back button via DIY

On the latest update you have to click DIY in order to search the website. Once you search from there and click on a product there is literally no way to go back to the previous page. You have to click on DIY and re-search again. Waste of an app. Might as well open up Safari on my phone and browse the website that way.

Can’t sign in

I called hobby lobby last week because I couldn’t log in or change my password. They changed my password for me and I could log in over the web and changed my password. Well, I STILL cannot log into the app.

Fix the back button!!

You've got a problem

Since the update this appointment is a pain! When searching for something (the search is hard to locate, first off), the back button takes you all the way out and you have to start your search from the very beginning again! Please make the back button return to the list you are searching through! Just one page back, not back to the beginning categories!!! Ugh
