Hate the app! User unfriendly..... ridiculous!


Worthless App

I love Hobby Lobby but this app is worthless. Had stuff added to my cart, did the Checkout as Guest, filled in all my billing/shipping info, credit card and all, clicked on the Review Order and it took me back to the screen to Checkout as Guest and my cart was empty. So you apparently do not want me to purchase. So frustrating, I’ll just buy it somewhere else. Hire someone that actually knows how to program.

Ordering On-Line is a Bust.

HL not ready for on-line... Ship-Handling is way too high and tracking/updating orders is a fluke. Hope they get serious and update, streamline their system for the online customers.

For such a giant company it’s insane how terrible their app (and website) is! How can you not be poised for a major online presence in 2020?!

The user interface is far from user-friendly. The items are not efficiently organized on the app and the filters aren’t very useful. The app will not let me apply two separate gift cards on the same transaction. After I backed out and went back in, my entire cart had been erased. I had over 20 items in there. There are some pages where the search bar disappears, that should be available no matter where you are on the site. There should also be the option to filter out the in-store only items. I am shopping online, I don’t care about items I can only find in store.

App is basically just a shortcut to the webpage. Can’t use Apple Pay on my iPhone. Payment option shortcuts don’t work on the app.

Your app is not user friendly. I am trying to make an order, but every time I type in my address, it starts over before I can even get my information finished. I’ve typed my address at least six times, and I still have not been able to submit my order. I give up!


Limited Inventory and Crashes

The inventory is drastically limited and not kept up to date. Out of stock items are shown which is a waste of time. When you go to pay, the app crashes and you loose all of your cart items forcing you start all over. Just shop online or go to the store.
