Need to ve fixed

This app needs to be fixed. I’ve been using it for years and now it’s hard to make shopping. I go to see one item and can’t go back to the list. Instead take me back to home.

I love Hobby Lobby, and I love that I can view and purchase their products online. However, the app is wonky and difficult to use. Both the menu and the search bar are not on the home page of the app. You have to click on something else to get to them (what??). It constantly signs me out of my account every time I leave the app, OR any time I view an item in my shopping cart (again, what??). When you search for an item, it resets everything the moment you click on an item in the results. I have been on the 4th page of search results (or beyond), trying to locate a specific item, clicked on something to view the details, and then tried to go back to the results list...only to find myself on a blank search page (SERIOUSLY, what???). Additionally, the search bar doesn’t remember previous item searches. Having to type it in over and over—and flip back through pages to try to find your place—when you are looking for something specific is ridiculous. The store is fantastic, but the app needs an overhaul.

Not sure if it’s the app not working or my phone ( just had to get a new/ refurbished iPhone. I can no longer use the app if I’m not connected to WiFi even though my settings say that I can use it with cellular data. Frustrating!

After the update was done I realized the search bar is not in the front anymore you have to literally go look for it. I don’t like that once you’re looking at an item and you press the back button, it literally takes you to the opening page, not the previous page you were looking at. Please fix this, I enjoy the web display better than the app. It’s much easier to use. The app is much more complicated. Do not recommend.

I wish they would fix the fact when your doing a search and you click on something you can’t go back to where you were. It starts you over on the home page. Extremely frustrating!

I downloaded this app and was greatly disappointed . What does it do? "Shop by Department " only brings up blank screens. The search engine is both ridiculously hard to find and once found useless. Is this really the best you can do?

This app was bad even before the new update! Now it’s completely useless. You can’t even just do a quick search, you have to click on a topic on the main app then it takes you to the search bar. Then when you click on an item, you can’t even go back to the listed items. It takes you all the way back to the home screen and you have to start completely over. Whoever designed this is a complete moron.

I just downloaded this app and hate it. After you click on an item and are ready to go back to the list, it takes you back out to the main page instead and you have to navigate back to seasonal->Christmas->decorations ->ornaments (or something like that). Why can’t I press the back button and I’m taken back to the list I’m on? I’m deleting this after ten minutes because what’s the point? I can’t browse.
