Can’t get voice messages

I would like to disconnect the silence portioning of this app. I attempted to transfer voicemails to my regular phone but the protect feature does not work. Thank you

Update - Jan 2022. App now doesn’t stop any spam callers. Useless. Hiya continues to text me telling me that I have voicemails yet I see no missed calls and no new voicemails for the last month what is this app doing. Where is all the stuff going.??? It seems to be following the same model that some other apps that fail at protecting you from Spam are doing. That’s too bad it worked fairly well before they started this screening. Guess I won’t be renewing.

Suddenly it’s not working properly, it hasn’t caught a single call for the last 17 hours, what’s going on??? I’m paying good money for this app, I’d love a discount

I have my doubts regarding the effectiveness of the HIYA app, as I'm experiencing many SPAM/Robocalls getting through on my phone. So much so that I've resorted to using my phone's feature blocking any unrecognized caller and redirecting them to leave a voicemail.

Allow pasting into app.

How about adding a paste ability to the comments block. It would allow us to insert info without writing it down first.

I go to activate the call screener and it pops up for me to dial a number. Before I can dial the number I get an error. Please fix this!
