A lot of hassle

When an unknown call comes in, every time it rings it shows the same number and you have to delete each one every time. It is a large hassle! Constantly deleting the same number. I have requested a refund and I’m looking into robokiller. A little more expensive but definitely sounds like it’s worth it.
Can’t fix call blocking

I’ve tried to do what is instructed to do to enable call blocking in settings. Only got 1 switch to turn on. The others 1, and 2 will not turn on, no matter what I do. This is iPhone 13. I may not renew this app.
Call Screener won't submit verification

Can't get back to Calls list because of Call Screener activation. But, phone verification fails before you can send call.

I’ve used HiYa for over a year. It worked well until recently. I went in and tried to choose the “Call Screener” function which tells a caller they must identify themselves before the call is allowed to go through. Problem is that every time I click on “Call Screener” it gives me a number to forward my phone to and then gives me an error page stating there’s a problem with my WiFi (sitting in my living room and WiFi is on with a strong signal) and asks if I want to “Cancel” or “Try Again”. Whatever happened on the last upgrade needs to be fixed ASAP or you will be losing another customer.
Set up is easy but robust

So far, having set up the options and linking to my iPhone contacts, it seems robust. Can’t wait to see if it lives up to its hype. It is GREAT!
Good app, horrifying racist users

The app is good, does what's promised and seems to block calls. But the user-generated feedback is extremely difficult to take as the comments are often explicitly racist. DEVELOPER NOTE: Make the comments a drop down and don't create an venue for this 4Chan like garbage.
