I pay for the premium version and have “blocked” several spam numbers but continue to get calls from them.

Not worth paying for the premium version! The data base is incorrect. I’ve looked up known numbers to check and it doesn’t match! Also I still get a lot of robocalls and spam. I don’t know what this app do to help me anymore.

Basically a good app but could be better. I really wish it would block numbers with incorrect amount of digits for example (212)756-234. Also, I don’t need to be notify when obvious scam are blocked by an alert, it good enough to to see it when I view the app.

I was offered a 7 day trial but was charged immediately. The only reason I went for trial was that the regular app didn’t work, and now the premium subscription doesn’t do any good either. Please refund

Updates never finish!

The data updates which come-up every day take a very long time and do not seem to finish. I always allow plenty of time for the updates to complete (hours) but when I close the app, the annoying error message would pop-up to re-run it again! The app is otherwise fairly simple to use.
Pay to learn if it is spam or not?

So, you are a spam blocking app. Great! But, pay subscription so you actually ‘tell me’ who is calling...spammer or whomever; otherwise, we get something like ‘landline’ as the description. How unhelpful. Provide a pitched once and done solution and you’ve got my money. Think about your business model!
