Spam, robocalls, fraud

Hi I’ve only had this for week and seems that I’m having to report these manually your system does not catch them , had like 15 Friday and so on throughout the weekend and it’s Monday and still getting them , I’m paying for the premium $3.99 sure would like to know why only worked for 5-7 days . It’s a joke , second one I’ve tried so not happy at all. I’ve now had for month and getting like 25-50 calls a day you’re not catching so I’m having to do manually even though I’m a premium customer SG

Doesn’t work any more. I got a new phone and downloaded everything out of iCloud onto new phone and I keep getting an error message every time I try to use the app. THIS APP DOES NOT WORK ANYMORE!!!

I’m sure it’s something I’m doing or have set up wrong, but I can’t set the incoming calls with my iPhone. Had no problem with my old Android.

Great app but..

It should update the latest spam db background rather than opening the app to do so.

Free version Really gone down hill recently

let it all go to voice mail.

I have come to the conclusion that it’s now virtually useless. It does not tell you the call is a telemarketer but when you look it up it is clearly flagged as one. I wonder if it is because they are really pushing the premium version and dumbing down the free one to get people to pay for the service.

Don’t pay for the year up front

See if it works for in the first month and if it does then maybe pay but I paid first and am still getting a lot of robo calls :(

Neighbor scam protection

I input the 6 digits to block incoming calls and they still come through.

Hiya doesn’t recognize most numbers.

This is not a spam call blocker unless you manually block it on your phone. Hiya reports to you what users report to Hiya. It doesn’t intrinsically know if a call is spam, marketer, robocall, etc. We get to pay Hiya for premium service, that we give to Hiya. The database is built on what users report about their calls. I feel cheated-this app doesn’t provide security, protection, or interference from unknown/ unwanted calls. I am paying to load the database and I get just as many calls as before. Hiya ought to be completely free, nothing is premium here.
