Disconnecting constantly

I love hearthstone and I enjoy using my iPad to play. However, every time I’m added to a game I somehow get a message that I’ve lost connection and it boots me out. Sometimes I’m able to restart the app and rejoin, but not always. I’ll be about to give the final blow to my opponent and I disconnect and lose the game, which makes it completely unenjoyable. I know it’s not my internet because it works fine outside of this app. I’ve seen threads online where people are experiencing the same issue. Blizzard, do better. This is absolutely ridiculous.

Cash grab for Blizzard to pay for its recent troubles

This is not a free to play game. It claims to be but you will be endlessly destroyed by pay-to-play and twitch players. Unless you pay at least $150 each quarter or play this game religiously, then you will be endlessly destroyed. The only “balanced” game mode is battlegrounds. On its face all players have an equal opportunity to win, provided you pay each quarter for the privilege of selecting from 4 heros, instead of 2, each match. You must play on a PC and install add-ons to track other players boards to stand a chance. If you attempt to play this on a mobile device, then expect to place first in battlegrounds less than 1% of the time. THE DISADVANTAGE OF PLAYING A MOBILE DEVICE CANNOT BE UNDERSTATED. On top of all that, players can queue in groups and work together to crush individual players. In the other game modes you will need to continually research tier 1 decks/strategies to be competitive. These decks regularly change and require purchasing countless packs, at least quarterly. It used to be a fun game… My suggestion is to find another game.

I used to love playing Battlegrounds on my phone, with the recent updates it’s insanely slow now. I miss entire turns sometimes because my cards would place fast enough. I have plenty of storage so I’m not sure what the problem might be. Great game when it works.

Unfortunately, this game continues its downward slide. Play is predictable with fewer and fewer options for winning strategies, new releases have a number of bugs and Blizzard tries to charge more and more for basic game play. Blizzard has lost its way.

“Random” attack patterns are suspect in multiplayer

I tend to favor playing single player modes in this game as I’m not into 1v1 mode but the new battle mode has drawn me in. I enjoy it’s gameplay style BUT I hate the fact that almost every single match my guys attack in the worst possible order ever at random even (excluding taunt) and even get attacked in suspicious orders that have no obvious explanation. This alone prevents me from being able to enjoy HS multiplayer modes and frankly the single player games are getting stale and rigged as well hence the one star.

This game used to be great. Now they dont let you use your decks from only a few months ago and expect you to buy and build completely new ones. Dont waste your money, it won't last. I would have continued buying/building my decks if my old cards didn't become unusable.
